Temporary Receptionist Job Description
We are hiring a Temporary Receptionist for holiday cover based in Cherrywood, Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
* Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling email correspondence
* Support other departments with ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
This role requires a car due to the remote location. We need coverage on Fridays: May 9th, May 30th, July 30th-31st, August 1st, 5th, and 6th.
