Minimum Qualifications: - Previous Account Management or Sales experience.
- Demonstrable experience or knowledge of the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Passionate about TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business.
- Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set.
Preferred Qualifications: - Team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
- This role covers the UK/I markets, excellent communication skills is essential for the success of this role.
- Knowledge of the SMB market landscape is a plus.
