Customer Support Administrator – Order Management
Location: Liffey Valley, Dublin 22
Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Monday–Friday | Regular office hours
€16.74/hour | 37.5 hours/week | Approx. €32,/year (before tax)
Fixed-term contract with possibility of extension
The Role
As a Customer Support Administrator, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer orders, ensuring smooth and accurate processing from start to finish. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a friendly, multicultural, and collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For
Must-Have
• Native or near-native fluency in English, Spanish, Italian or German
• Advanced English (C1/C2)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in order entry or customer support, or a strong interest in the customer service field
Nice-to-Have
• Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized, empathetic, and a team player
• SAP experience is a plus (training provided)
