Job Title: Senior Process Design Manager

About the Role:
Arcadis DPS Group specializes in delivering innovative solutions for Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects across Ireland and Europe. You will play a key role as Senior Process Design Manager, leading the process design team and managing the development of production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define project deliverables and lead the implementation of process designs to ensure timely completion that exceeds client expectations.
* Oversight of all process design deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, process reports, calculations, and equipment specifications.
* Collaboration with various teams to provide seamless coordination and process input to clients and stakeholders.
* Compliance with local, international, and client-specific codes and standards.
* Representation in PHAs, HAZOPs, design reviews, and peer reviews while maintaining a focus on quality assurance.
Requirements:
* A higher technical degree in Industrial, Process, or Chemical Engineering.
* Leadership experience as a process engineer in design consultancy or Food/Pharmaceuticals/GMP manufacturing environments.
* Proven ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines, vendors, and system owners.
* Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
* Proficiency in MS Office and process-related software.
* High competency in clean utilities and ability to be a Subject Matter Expert.
