An enthusiastic registered nurse is needed in the Nithsdale Ward, Midpark Hospital, to work as a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse.
Role Overview
The post holder will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to provide safe, effective, patient‑centred care, with excellent assessment, communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective patient‑centred care.
Perform mental health and risk assessments and apply mental health legislation.
Drive local and national practice developments.
Ensure a positive experience for patients requiring inpatient care.
Qualifications & Skills
Registered nurse, Band 5.
Terms of Employment
Part‑time, 18 hours per week, fixed‑term until 23 August 2026.
