What You’ll Do

Assist with operational risk management tasks and maintain our risk system.
Test and improve business controls, and help deliver our Risk and Control Self‑Assessment programme.
Support the development and reporting of risk metrics.
Get involved in the Internal Capital and Risk Assessment (ICARA) and operational risk scenario planning.
Help roll out risk policies and strategies, and prepare quality reports for senior management and the Board.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in risk or oversight roles in financial services, or operational roles in investment firms is a plus but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Power BI, Flow automate, Forms would be an advantage but not essential.
Detail‑oriented, analytical, organised, and a great communicator.
Relevant qualifications are a bonus, but a positive attitude, a genuine interest in and understanding of the importance of risk management, as well as a willingness to learn are essential.
