Job Description
* Develop and execute lean deployment strategies across multiple sites to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste in processes.
* Lead kaizen events and other lean workshops to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of lean implementations.
* Provide coaching and training on lean principles to team members and stakeholders.
* Ensure alignment of lean practices with the company\'s broader business goals.
* Support the engineering and manufacturing teams in integrating lean methodologies into daily operations.
* Act as a champion for a lean c.ulture throughout the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Lean Deployment (Director level) should have:
* A strong background in lean principles and their application within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Proven experience in leading lean transformations and driving measurable results.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and engage teams.
* A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
* Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
* A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
What\'s on Offer
