Job Title: Merchandise Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandise Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving CPM growth through collaboration and contributing significantly to our company culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement merchandising strategies to increase client brand awareness and ensure high product visibility and quality.
* Work closely with store managers to negotiate promotional space and maximize planogram compliance.
* Record completed activities, audit brands and competitor activity, and provide timely feedback.
* Maintain and grow planogram space where possible; ensure products have correct SEL placed in front of the product.
* Merchandise promotional displays, and ensure correct pricing is in place.
* Capture before and after photographs on a hand-held device.
* Liaise with store manager prior to leaving, ensuring they are happy with work completed.
* Liaise with NSM before and after each call.
* Deliver field insights to the National sales manager.
* Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team.
* Generate new ideas and ways of working.
* Support all product launches and promotions, and develop presence in-store.
* Maintain all CPM standards and policies.
