Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service for every sale, no matter the size. Take time to understand customer needs, inspire ideas, and recommend stylish, functional solutions with genuine enthusiasm. Drive sales by promoting the full product range, meeting or exceeding individual targets, and contributing to overall team success. Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate, including promoting own-brand and complementary products.
