Act as a mentor to Finance colleagues to support performance, professional development, and team growth.
Assist in the development of financial reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, and performance, with exposure to complex process improvement initiatives.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and a degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
What ICON can offer you:
Our success depends on the quality of our people.
That's why we've made it a priority to build a diverse culture that rewards high performance and nurtures talent.
