 
        Senior Analyst, Settlements Transfer Agency 12 Months Location: Limerick Are you an experienced analyst with a background in financial services? Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their dynamic Settlements Transfer Agency team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dedicated cross-jurisdictional team, ensuring the highest quality assurance and oversight of cash payments within strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks on Redemption, Subscription, Dividend, Commission, and Rebate payments, ensuring compliance with currency deadlines. Manage work queues and complete tasks within relevant deadlines while addressing queries in accordance with departmental procedures. Actively participate in team huddles and meetings, fostering a collaborative environment. Monitor mailboxes to ensure timely resolution of queries in line with service level agreements. Support procedural reviews and enhancements to drive quality improvement within the team. Engage in client visit meetings and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Play an active role during departmental audits and ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist with onboarding new partners, providing mentorship and on-the-job training to facilitate a smooth transition into their roles. Collaborate closely with other areas of the Transfer Agency, such as Dealing and Registration, to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in financial services is desirable; customer service experience is a plus. Proven ability to review and resolve complex issues while meeting challenging deadlines. Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with regulatory environments is advantageous.
