Responsibilities
This role is situated in our cleanroom class 10 Wafer Fabrication facility. The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
Support Daily Operation of Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility with proven skills in effective problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis
Lead cross functional teams in a systematic approach to continuous improvement, using data driven analysis and decision making
Drive Continuous Improvement of KPI’s of semiconductor manufacturing Equipment such as % Availability, MTTR and MTBF
Qualifications
Education: Ordinary Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 7) or Honours Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 8).
Experience: 6-10 years of experience – Maintenance Technician or Engineer, ideally coming from a highly regulated environment or an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry.
Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, 5-Why), and First Time Right repair skills.
Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures.
Prior TPM experience is desirable.
