Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:
To meet and greet all guests of The K Club in a friendly and courteous manner from their first moment of arrival at the front of the Palmer Clubhouse and throughout their entire visit.
To assist any guests or potential guests, with respect to transport, luggage in a courteous and friendly manner.
To read the tee sheet daily and familiarise yourself with the daily operations, rentals/buggies etc.
To organise all transfer bookings around the resort throughout the guest experience.
To ensure that all clubs/luggage is tagged immediately on drop off.
Liaise with the golf team team to place luggage onto the bag stand in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure the flags at the front of the clubhouse are displayed correctly at all times.
To ensure that the entryway of the clubhouse and surrounding carpark are clean and tidy from rubbish and golf debris.
To ensure that all furniture and bins at the entrance of the clubhouse are well presented and cleaned at all times.
To liaise with the starter of any issues to maintain a timely order of play on the course.
To arrange and organise caddy/clubhire/buggy requests the day before play.
To introduce all caddies to the welcoming groups and to handle all caddy fee's.
The assist other areas of the golf team when available to ensure the customer experience is always of a high standard.
To assist with other duties such as arranging buggies and returning them after use.
Experience / Qualifications
Will have previous experience working in Golf Services
Experience within a 5* environment is advantageous
Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills
Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
Will be flexible in their working hours
