Chef de Partie Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a fantastic establishment based in Kilkenny.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working in a similar environment, with a passion for developing their skills and growing using the finest ingredients and produce.
This role involves managing and preparing your section, producing exceptional dishes, and enhancing the guest experience. You will assist the Head Chef in maintaining and setting culinary standards, as well as managing your section and assisting with the everyday service of a busy restaurant & bar within a hotel setting.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4*/5* hotel or similar environment.
* A desire and passion to develop your skills and grow using the finest of ingredients and produce.
* Fine Dining experience considered an advantage.
* Ability to manage your section and assist with the everyday service of a busy restaurant & bar within a hotel setting.
* Flexible with working hours.
* Exceptional attention to detail with a positive hands-on attitude.
* Willingness to learn and develop within the kitchen.
