We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* To report to the Manager
* To act as Designated Person in charge in the absence of the Manager
* To be responsible for recruitment, management, training, motivation and performance of all staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood education and care principles, with a minimum level 6 qualification. They should also possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire their team members.
