This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience managing secure access workflows, tooling, and operational procedures.Role OverviewYou'll be responsible for the administration, stability, and enhancement of privileged and high-risk access services. Working within the endpoint and identity security function, you'll contribute to daily service operations, access lifecycle activities, and long-term capability improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain enterprise privileged-access tooling and secure credential workflowsHandle escalations, troubleshoot platform issues, and implement configuration updatesSupport onboarding of applications, systems, and users into elevated-access frameworksContribute to policy improvements, audit readiness, and internal control alignmentCollaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to address access-related risksImplement automation for routine access tasks and reportingAssist in service roadmap planning and process refinementCore Requirements5+ years of experience in security or identity-related technical rolesStrong background in elevated-access or credential-management workflowsHands-on experience with at least one enterprise access-control or secret-management solutionSolid troubleshooting capability across Windows/Linux endpoints and core infrastructure componentsUnderstanding of network segmentation, endpoint defence strategies, and identity-centric securityFamiliarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for light automationKnowledge of security and governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 2700x, NIST, GDPR, or equivalent)DesirableCertifications in security, identity, or vendor access solutionsExperience supporting large enterprise or regulated environmentsExposure to directory services, MFA/SSO platforms, or cloud IAM modelsBackground working with third-party vendors or managed services
