Our client is a growing, acquisition-focused financial services group headquartered in Dublin City Centre. The organisation is entering a significant phase of modernisation and operational improvement to support continued expansion in a regulated environment.

Key requirements include:
* 10+ years' experience in Change, Transformation, Programme Delivery or Operations leadership
* Background in large-scale business transformation across people, process and technology
* Experience within financial services or other regulated settings
* Proven ability to build and lead programme teams and cross-functional workstreams
* Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, boards and external partners
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will be responsible for:
* Enterprise Transformation Leadership – Own the end-to-end transformation agenda and roadmap
* Operating Model & Process Redesign – Reconfigure core workflows, structures, and capabilities
* Technology-Enabled Change – Oversee delivery of key systems and digital improvements
* Programme Governance – Establish governance frameworks, reporting routines and decision-making structures
* Integration of Acquired Businesses – Coordinate operational and systems integration across new entities
* Business Readiness & Change Adoption – Lead communication, training and stakeholder engagement
* Team Leadership – Build and lead an internal transformation function (PMO, change, analysis) and manage external partners
