We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
A key aspect of this role is managing client expectations, identifying their recruitment needs, and providing solutions that meet those requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent acquisition goals, develop effective strategies to attract top talent, and execute them successfully.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting creation, screening resumes, conducting interviews,
determining suitability based on required qualifications as outlined in job descriptions (experience wise), maintaining accurate records of all activity related.
You may also contribute ideas when faced by seemingly insurmountable obstacles or problems within your area; discuss same accordingly so both parties remain informed throughout process execution..
