Key Responsibilities Oversee the processing of trades from execution through to final settlement Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, breaks, and exceptions Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely issue resolution Monitor daily activity to ensure transactions are completed within expected timelines Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and contribute to improvements in operational workflows Support risk and control processes by highlighting potential issues and ensuring adherence to procedures Requirements Relevant experience in financial services or operations (typically 13 years) Understanding of transaction processing, settlements, or post-trade activities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams Familiarity with industry systems and processes is beneficial but not essential
