This Hotel Duty Manager role is ideal for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, supporting teams and making sure the day-to-day hotel operation runs well. You'll work across front office, food and beverage, weddings, functions and general hotel operations, helping to maintain high standards and ensure professional experience throughout their stay.
As Hotel Duty Manager, you'll be part of the management team and will support the smooth running of the hotel across busy shifts, with a strong focus on service, communication and operational consistency.
The Role
Managing the day-to-day hotel operation of the hotel
Supporting front office, food and beverage, events and accommodation teams
Ensuring strong service standards across all customer-facing areas
Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
Supporting opening, closing and shift handover procedures
Ensuring health, safety and hotel standards are followed
Assisting with team supervision, training and motivation
Working closely with senior management to keep the operation running well
Flexibility around shifts and weekends
