Senior PMO Analyst - Change Capability, DublinLocation: Central Park, Hybrid (2 days a week in the office, moving to 3 days in office from Jan 2026)
Summary of role:
Change is at the heart of everything we do in AIB. The Change Capability Team within Group Change are a professional team of changemakers who drive change throughout the organisation. Group Change delivery teams are tasked with driving the bank's Project and Change agenda, ensuring the right projects are delivered in the right way. Change Capability team members work as part of delivery teams, delivering against Strategic, Regulatory, and Sustainment objectives for our customers, staff and key stakeholders.
As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will be supporting our Project Managers by ensuring our large-scale projects/programmes/platforms are delivered successfully on time, within budget and in line with AIB methodologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from our professional Changemakers where you can further enhance your PMO skillset whilst also developing project management capabilities.
Key Accountabilities Include:
1. Support the development and on-going maintenance of an overall project/programme plan and roadmap across all project lifecycle stages and in adherence with AIB frameworks and methodologies.
2. Track and update project change requests, issues, risks, and dependencies, engaging with stakeholders to ensure actions arepleted and current project status is accurately reflected.
3. Co-ordinate internal and externalmunication to relevant stakeholders to enable efficient two-way flow of information within and outside the project team.
4. Document project progress for steering and other stakeholders - including status, risks, costs, and benefits. Provide updates and escalations on key project metrics to enable overall AIB project reporting to senior management and the Leadership Team.
5. Execute project financial activities.
6. Day to day active support of Project, Programme Manager, Platform Lead or Portfolio Manager
7. May manage other PMOs depending on size and scale of project.
What you will bring:
8. 3+ years' experience in a PMO Analyst role
9. Involvement in a Change project or programme
10. Relevant professional qualification in Project Management preferred but not required (, PMP, Prince 2)
11. People leadership experience preferred but not essential
