What we're looking for:
You've owned new business growth while personally running and closing deals.
Account management expertise, where you've successfully grown existing accounts.
Ability to build a scalable sales engine, designing the end-to-end sales process and bringing predictability to forecasting.
Leadership, where you've developed team members through coaching and structure.
Compensation and progression
Base salary range of €70,000 - €90,000 with an OTE of €140,000 - €180,000.
Deliver on the plan, and this role becomes a pathway to Chief Revenue Officer within 24–36 months.
The interview process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30 min screening, progressing to a 1-hour video interview with Trive, the recruitment partner for this vacancy.
There will then be a three-stage interview process with the company.
