Job Title: Legal Secretary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Legal Secretary to join our professional support team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior partners and the wider legal team.
* Manage billing and collections processes, including preparing invoice narratives.
* Open, close, and archive legal files, ensuring compliance with standards.
* Conduct conflict searches and manage Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
* Organise meetings, manage diaries, and handle travel arrangements.
* Draft, edit, and finalise legal documents and correspondence.
* Prepare court pleadings, bundles, and closing bibles.
* Maintain and update client contact databases and business development records.
* Provide cover for other secretaries during absences and collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
A recognised legal secretarial qualification and/or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a corporate law firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems.
