The Role:
We are currently looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join our Children and Family services team in Bundoran, Co. Donegal. The post holder will have responsibility for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all administrative matters associated with Residential Unit and Bundoran Holiday Centre (BHC) and to support the conference in this work. This role involves engaging directly with vulnerable clients and service users, managing stock and ordering necessary supplies, and various administration duties. Candidate Requirements:
* Educated to a Leaving Certificate level or equivalent is essential.
* An office administration, software applications, accounts/bookkeeping qualification is desirable.
* At least 2 years relevant experience is required.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Strong software skills including MS Word and Excel.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as a part of a team.
