An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading main contractor on a high-profile pharmaceutical construction project in Limerick.
This large-scale development forms part of a global investment in advanced manufacturing and will involve the delivery of state-of-the-art facilities to the highest regulatory and quality standards.
About the Project
The project involves the construction and fit-out of a cutting-edge pharmaceutical manufacturing campus.
Works include complex structural builds, cleanroom environments, high-spec mechanical and electrical installations, and strict compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
This is a fast-paced, technically demanding project requiring strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently
Manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
Monitor project progress against programme and report on milestones
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Maintain high-quality standards throughout all stages of construction
Identify and resolve any on-site issues promptly
Ensure all works meet regulatory and client requirements
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
Experience in pharmaceutical, industrial, or high-spec projects is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and quality standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
Relevant construction qualifications (Degree or Trade Background preferred)
Package
Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 (DOE)
