Our commitment to customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role.Hours: Four days per week, 10am to 5.30pm, varying days, weekend work required.The Sales Representative will assist customers in selecting suitable furniture, provide expert product and interior design advice and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining the showroom's presentation, and achieving sales targets while promoting the company's values and products.Key responsibilities will include:Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroomSupporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completionHandling day to day administrative tasks including order processing, scheduling and customer follow upsEnsuring showroom is maintained to a high standard at all timesAnswering phone and email enquiries in a professional and friendly mannerMaintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth customer journeyWorking collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a high standard of service at all timesWorking pattern:Typically four days per weekDays will vary week to week and are not fixedWeekend availability is essentialRequired experience and attributes:Previous experience in a sales and administrative rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly motivated with a willingness to learnOrganised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple tasksConfident using basic computer systems and emailA genuine interest in home design and furnishingsDesirable experience:Experience working in a furniture, interiors or interior design environmentThis is a great opportunity to join a well established business where customer care and quality are at the heart of everything we do.Job Type: Part-timePay: €18.50 per hourExpected hours: No more than 30 per weekWork Location: In person
