Job Title: Morning Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and service-focused leader to oversee our morning food and beverage operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the breakfast service, ensuring smooth and efficient operation each morning.
* Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
* Train, supervise, and motivate the breakfast team.
* Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and quality food service.
* Manage stock, ordering, and cost control related to breakfast operations.
* Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve any issues effectively.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role in hospitality.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A genuine passion for guest service and attention to detail.
* Ability to work early mornings and weekends as required.
* Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
