Our client, a global leader in alternative investments, are hiring for an Investment Operations Associate within their Public and Private loans portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for private and public lending operations oversight.
* Manage end-to-end loan and security operations, including transaction events, amendments, repayments, loan amendments and corporate actions.
* Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across syndicated and bilateral loan portfolios.
* Reconcile regulated transactions and apply sound accounting principles.
* Collaborate across teams to resolve exceptions, improve workflows, and strengthen operational controls.
Key Requirements:
* Holds a university degree or equivalent professional background.
* 4 years+ current Private Markets experience within middle office or fund accounting is essential.
* Loan servicing or credit operations is an advantage.
* Experience with Geneva is key.
* Brings over two years of hands-on experience in loan servicing or credit operations.
* Demonstrates exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
