Joining our SAP Consulting practice as an SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Specialist means becoming a vital part of a global, collaborative team that delivers innovative supply chain solutions to leading clients across multiple industries. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position: Extensive, progressive experience in SAP EWM consulting, with a proven track record of delivering on complex implementations across diverse industries such as manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals. Deep expertise in warehouse management processes including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, slotting, labour management, and automation technologies. SAP EWM certification is preferred, with additional certifications in SAP TM, SAP WM, or SAP S/4HANA Logistics also highly advantageous. Strong client relationship management skills, combining technical knowledge with business acumen to align stakeholders and deliver successful outcomes. Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes in your first 6-12 months: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor by analysing client warehouse and logistics processes and designing tailored SAP EWM solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development activities such as proposal writing and client presentations. What type of work will I be doing? Leading project phases including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support (approximately 50%). Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer with client teams to ensure smooth adoption of SAP EWM (around 20%). Collaborating with internal and client stakeholders across supply chain, IT, production, and finance functions to ensure seamless integration (about 15%). Supporting business development and mentoring junior team members (approximately 15%). Who is the Hiring Manager?
