Role Overview:
This is an in-office position in Dublin, Ireland, with potential travel for conferences and customer meetings. You will own the full new-business motion into SaaS companies, from ICP definition and outbound to closing and account handoff. You will shape messaging, refine pricing, and create a repeatable playbook that future hires can follow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage a new pipeline targeting SME's that have constant recruitment needs.
* Define ICPs, segment territories, and craft messaging that speaks to pain points like screening capacity, interview load, and quality of hire.
* Run the full cycle, from research and outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn) to discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
* Own accurate forecasting, activity hygiene, and reporting in the CRM.
* Represent Neotalent at conferences, meetups, and partner events, then convert interest into qualified opportunities.
* Collaborate with product and ops to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap, integrations, and onboarding.
* Create the playbook, metrics, and enablement that will let you hire and mentor additional reps as we grow.
Requirements:
* 3 or more years in B2B sales at early-stage or business development selling to SaaS companies.
* Consistent quota attainment with evidence of sourcing and closing net-new logos.
* Strong outbound skills, including list building, cold calling, sequenced outreach, and social selling.
* Credible discovery and ROI storytelling, comfort with competitive positioning and objection handling.
* Familiarity with SaaS and hiring metrics, for example ARR, ACV, CAC, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
* Proficiency with a modern sales stack, including setup of CRM's & sequencing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
* Comfortable traveling for work to meet customers and attend industry events.
Preferred:
* Background creating pricing proposals, pilots, and success criteria for multi-stakeholder buyers.
* Track record mentoring teammates or leading projects, with the ambition to become a sales manager.
* Experience selling HR tech, recruiting solutions, or workflow automation into SaaS companies.
* Experience working with partnerships or channel motions that reach SaaS founders and talent teams.
KPIs you will own:
* Qualified pipeline created, win rate, and net-new ARR.
* Sales cycle time and stage conversion rates.
* Outbound activity to meeting conversion and demo to close rate.
