Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating concise quotations on the SAGE system based on onsite survey documents, while also providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all sales processes are adhered to across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create accurate and timely quotations by referencing product codes within SAGE.
* Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
* Keep management informed through weekly quotation activity and analysis reports.
* Stay up-to-date with new technologies and continuously improve knowledge in this area.
* Maintain open communication with management to ensure adherence to sales processes and workflow efficiency improvements.
* Conduct sales activity and results reporting, including weekly work plans and monthly sales analyses.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of home improvement products.
* Ability to accurately price projects.
* Proficiency in basic software and IT skills.
* Desirable: qualification in home improvements, construction, or related topics.
This is a full-time position based in an office setting. Salary and commission package negotiable based on experience.
