About Your New Job
* As the Bid Manager, you will assist in managing bid processes, including downloading and filing documents, and maintaining records and our existing extensive content library.
* You will draft and collate documents, research information for submissions, and create standard submission files using internal templates.
* You will format documents, creating bespoke solutions for inclusion in bid submissions, ensuring adherence to tender guidelines, client-focused answers, and version control.
* You will contribute to the production of marketing materials and company information sheets to enhance future business opportunities.
* You will monitor the status of bids through the evaluation and award process, providing feedback where relevant.
What Skills You Need
* 4+ years working in Bids, ideally at manager level
* Technical skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and experience in InDesign and Illustrator are required.
* We are looking for a proactive person with a solution-driven and creative mindset, able to review RFPs/PQQs and find innovative responses.
* You should have the ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships at all levels.
