Job Description:
St. Vincent's University Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacist to join their Pharmacy Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical pharmacy services, leading the development of pharmacy policy and practice guidelines, and ensuring the safe and effective management of medications throughout the hospital.
