Graduate Opportunity: Regulatory Affairs Specialist

As a Graduate Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gain international exposure, contribute to meaningful projects, and build a strong foundation in regulatory affairs, all while working as part of collaborative team in our state-of-the-art facility in Galway.
What You Will Do:
You will support key regulatory activities that ensure our products meet global compliance standards and continue to improve patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Implementation of Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) activities.
* Support design and supplier-related changes including reporting assessments and generation of regulatory submissions.
* Support the gap assessment process and associated process improvements.
* Support the onboarding of new territories and re-registration activities in approved territories
* Review and update RA Quality Management System procedures.
* Keep abreast of any new regulatory requirements or changes required to maintain regulatory compliance.
What Do You Require:
* A Bachelor’s degree (Level 8 NFQ) in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
* Keen eye for detail and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Previous experience in the medical device or pharma industry is a plus- but not essential as we value potential and enthusiasm just as much as experience.
