Legal Secretary (Corporate)

The Role:
We are partnering with a prestigious, top-tier Irish law firm with an excellent reputation in corporate and commercial law. Situated in Dublin 2, they are actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled Corporate Legal Secretary. This role is integral to the operation of a busy corporate department.
The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running, providing comprehensive and proactive secretarial and administrative support to a team of fee earners (Solicitors and Partners) who manage complex, high-value corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions. This is a full-time, office-based position offering a pathway for career progression and professional development within a market-leading firm.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will be a polished professional with proven experience in a fast-paced corporate legal environment. They will possess:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a corporate, commercial, or finance department.
* Expert-level proficiency in document management, complex formatting, and producing high-volume, boardroom-quality legal documents.
* Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex diaries, schedule client meetings and coordinate travel.
* Strong attention to detail is critical, particularly when dealing with sensitive and confidential corporate information.
* The ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a high standard of work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
* A proactive, professional, enthusiastic with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
* Advanced IT skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with a case/document management system.
