Facilities Operations Manager
To ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency of equipment lead operations across fleet, plant, and facilities.
* Oversee maintenance and servicing of HGVs, construction plant, and site equipment.
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
* Lead and supervise a team of fitters, mechanics, and support staff.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a maintenance management role, strong technical knowledge of HGVs, plant machinery, and workshop operations, excellent leadership and team management skills, and proficiency in maintenance planning and asset management systems.
