Job Overview:
The university is recruiting a Coordinator for the Student Records Management Systems.
The SRMS Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and enhancement of the student records systems.
This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records and supports the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve system efficiency and user experience and drive process improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of the My Ban system.
* System Management: Oversee the operations of the university's student records system and associated systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SRMS and University processes.
* User Support: Oversee the provision of training and support to faculty, staff, and students on the use of the SRMS.
* Address and resolve any system-related issues or concerns.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with government and University regulations regarding student records and data privacy.
* Reporting: Manage report creation and production related to student records and academic performance.
* Manage the provision of data to support institutional research and decision-making
* Work closely with IT, academic departments, and other university offices to ensure the records system meets the needs of all stakeholders.
* Development: Identify, oversee and agree any developments involving my Ban systems.
* Ensure compliance with Banner standards.
* Project Management: Lead and participate in projects related to the development and implementation of new system features and upgrades.
Requirements:
* Minimum Honours degree (level 8) in Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Expertise in student information systems (e.g., Banner), database management, and data analysis tools.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, work collaboratively, and drive change.
* Project Management Experience.
Benefits:
* Salary range €82,475.00 - €99,213.00pa depending on qualifications and experience.
