Your new company As Training & Mentoring Specialist, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new company requires you to join their team for 6-12 months depending on business requirements. You will have a hybrid working model, 2-3 days providing in-person training nationwide and 2 days working from home. Your new role As Training & Mentoring Specialist, you will deliver training sessions to field and office-based staff across Ireland; create and adapt training materials from technical documentation (slides, one-pagers); provide mentorship to ~10 individuals, including regular check-ins and progress tracking; coordinate and manage training sessions with support from other business areas; maintain attendance records and follow-up documentation; support remote training delivery via Zoom or similar platforms and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have recent relevant experience delivering technical/process training with experience in a highly regulated environment, company driven industry. You will have strong IT skills with proficient working knowledge of MS Suite and Work & Asset Management Systems (e.g. Maximo), experience with handheld units in ad advantage. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
