Senior Clinical Pharmacy Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacy Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services across our organisation.
* Provide strategic leadership in the development of clinical pharmacy services, including medication management and patient safety initiatives.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise workflows relating to medication management and use.
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines related to clinical pharmacy services.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* a strong background in clinical pharmacy practice, preferably with experience in oncology/hematology;
