Job Description
The primary role of this position is to support the Commercial Engineering Team.
In this role, you will streamline key requirements of the team which will require a highly organized, detailed oriented and professional employee.
The ideal candidate will possess a technical background in addition to being commercially and customer focused.
* Administration of the Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme for Supporting Business Growth,
* Quality Assurance for uploading to SEAI system/ISO9001.
Key responsibilities include preparing customer proposals and quotations in association with Business Development Engineers.
Manage and record the transfer of information between internal and external stakeholders, including document control for projects from initial stage to completion.
Technical Documentation preparation, with guidance from the wider team.
Prepare and submit legal documentation in relation to leases for new Metered Estates, working with the metered team, legal department and solicitors.
Manage the register of standard bulk installation drawings, including new drawing requests.
Leverage Research and Networking to generate and qualify Industrial and Commercial leads.
Build collaborative relationships with internal colleagues to provide a high level of client service.
