This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing investment team. In this role, you will be responsible for the origination and execution of real estate credit transactions. As a manager, you will also play a key role in mentoring analysts and associates.
Responsibilities:
* Business development and relationship building.
* Detailed credit analysis to support new investment recommendations.
* Proactive credit management of existing investments.
* Managing transaction execution, including due diligence, negotiation, structuring, and presenting to the Executive Team and Investment Committee.
* Managing and developing junior members of the Credit Team within a high-performing culture.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in investments, corporate finance or real estate.
* A strong academic background and a professional qualification (CFA, ACA or ACCA) is highly, desirable.
* A team player with a proactive mindset, geared toward learning and collaboration
