Strategic Partnership Development Lead
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on driving income generation through the development of corporate partnerships. As a Strategic Partnership Development Lead, you will play a key role in cultivating new and existing relationships with businesses.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing strategic partnership development strategies
* Leading corporate engagement and partnership development initiatives
* Cultivating relationships with corporate supporters to elevate them to charity partners of the year
* Researching and securing new corporate partnerships to drive income growth
* Coordinating grant applications and managing restricted fund tracking
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategies
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate fundraising or business development in the charity/NFP sector
* Proven ability to manage high-level corporate relationships
* Strong communication and project management skills
* Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of GDPR legislation
* Third-level qualification in marketing, communications, or business (CII Fundraising Diploma desirable)
* Excellent stakeholder management and team collaboration skills
