Covering the vibrant Connacht region, you will have the autonomy to manage your own agenda and build a strong presence across hotels, restaurants, and other on-trade venues.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth across the territory.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Represent premium products with knowledge and enthusiasm.
* Manage your own field schedule and call plan while adapting to client needs.
* Collaborate with senior management to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
* A proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within hospitality, on-trade, or FMCG.
* Genuine passion for wine, food, and quality products.
* Natural negotiation and communication skills with a target-driven approach.
* Ability to thrive in a field-based role with flexibility and autonomy.
* Competent with IT systems and social media marketing.
* Full, clean driving license.
