Electrical Design and Control Engineer Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design and Control Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work within the electrical design team, preparing detailed design drawings and documentation for switchgear manufacturing.



Responsibilities


* Work with the electrical design team to prepare detailed design drawings and documentation.
* Review tender information, including specifications, single line diagrams, and quotations.
* Raise awareness of potential quality control issues through in-depth review of junior engineers' designs.



Qualifications & Skills


1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
2. Aptitude for problem-solving using technical standards such as BS7671 - 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations is essential.
