The Role
This full-time, permanent position reports to the Stores Supervisor within the Part 145 department at Dublin Airport. As a key member of our stores team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory, including receiving, storing, and moving stock, while ensuring the safekeeping of goods at all times.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain the Part 145 stores area to an acceptable standard, adhering to organizational housekeeping requirements.
2. Ensure parts are stored in accordance with Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) guidelines.
3. Maintain and develop adequate stock levels for Minimum Equipment List (MEL) items.
4. Inspect incoming stock for correct packaging, quantity, serviceability, eligibility, traceability, conformity to specification, and damage-free condition.
5. Receive calibrated tooling per MOE requirements.
6. Verify paperwork for incoming stock meets exposition and EASA Part 145 Regulation standards.
7. Batch, locate, and rotate stock correctly.
8. Handle and store components according to ESDS procedures outlined in the MOE.
9. Report discrepancies during the goods-inwards receiving process and quarantine affected items.
10. Process U/S Stock through the stores and outgoing shipments.
11. Maintain records of all stock issued from stores.
About You
1. You must hold a valid EU driver's license.
2. Prior experience working in a stores environment with Part 145 Goods Receiving Approval is advantageous.
3. You should possess strong organizational skills.
4. Demonstrated attention to detail is essential.
5. DG Training for shipment and handling of stock is a desirable skill.
