Our Social Care Leaders are responsible for implementing our Performance Management System and participating in Out of Hours On-Call duties on a rostered basis.
To be successful, candidates must hold a recognised qualification from the Social Care Workers Registration Board at CORU, along with a minimum 3 years relevant experience. They must also be eligible to work in Ireland without sponsorship and possess a full, valid driver's licence and access to their own vehicle.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively with diverse groups of people. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as administrative abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and TMS software.
This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive service improvements.
