The Role...
The Group Payroll Administrator will assist in the administration of payroll in line with our Time Management System (NTD), with data collated from each of our live projects. You will work as part of the payroll team, supporting group payroll functions.
Travel will be required to our Clonmel and Dublin offices at least once a month.

Responsibilities...
1. Assist with the preparation of fortnightly and monthly payroll for Ireland, Europe, and the UK.
2. Collate weekly timesheet data on the Time Management System (NTD) and verify accuracy.
3. Calculate wage payments based on NTD readings and liaise with project leads to review clock records and rectify discrepancies.
4. Manage and process annual leave entitlements and employee benefits.
5. Adhere strictly to payroll deadlines and revenue submissions.
6. Collaborate with HR to ensure the smooth flow of relevant data across functions for payroll processing.
7. Process all new starters and leavers on NTD.
8. Serve as the first point of contact for staff payroll queries.
9. Assist with biometric setup of new profiles.
10. Maintain records and files accurately.
11. Produce monthly reports and returns, and reconcile records accordingly.
The Person...
1. 3-5 years of proven payroll experience is essential.
2. Payroll qualification or previous payroll experience is desirable.
3. Experience with multi-jurisdictional (European) payroll is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
4. Experience using computerized payroll software.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
6. Analytically minded with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
7. Ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and meet multiple deadlines.
8. Knowledge of basic employment legislation principles and statutory entitlements.
