Hinchys is a multi-franchise Kia and Suzuki main dealer. We have two dealerships, one in Garryspillane, Knocklong, Co. Limerick and one on the Ennis Road in Limerick City. Other services include Bodyshop, Circle K Filling Station, CVRT Testing & 24 hour Recovery.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our expanding team in the role of Sales Apprentice with high end OTE and uncapped earnings potential. On completion of this two-year apprenticeship, you will become a fully qualified sales specialist, with a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Sales. Training is provided by SOLAS and is a fully registered Apprenticeship programme with an onsite mentor.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sell new and used vehicles
2. Follow Kia / Suzuki sales process
3. Deliver a first-class service & customer experience
4. Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange
5. Demonstrate strong communication skills and immaculate presentation
6. Prospect for new and used car customers on a regular basis to create additional sales opportunities
7. Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer is given a full briefing on the operation of the vehicle and its controls
8. Introduce customers to Aftersales staff to ensure they are aware of the facilities and procedures
9. Maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers through an effective follow-up process to ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business
10. Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices, and key features
11. Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation, and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively
12. Motor industry experience may be an advantage, but training will be provided
