About The Role
Build and establish relationships with new customers.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets set out by management.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about existing products and services offered by Panda.
Follow up with new customers to ensure account setup and gather satisfaction feedback.
Anticipate and address the needs of new customers.
Identify prospects, set appointments, qualify sales calls, and manage the sales cycle for residential customers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems.
Strong ability to persuade while maintaining professionalism.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
1-2 years of sales experience.
1+ years of experience in the waste industry is a plus but not essential.
Strong knowledge of industry standards.
Confident and charismatic approach to customers.
Additional Role Details
* Location: Dundalk, covering most of the county.
* Focus: Domestic & Commercial Sales/Retention for wheel bins & skip hire.
* Deliveries: Responsible for delivering bins to customers upon setup.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
* Company Van: Provided for working hours only.
