The Corporate Trust (CT) team at Deutsche Bank is a leader in administrative and fiduciary services to the global debt and equities markets. The role involves supporting new business growth across structures ranging from the simplest to the most complex, covering Asset Backed Securities, Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLOs), Managed Accounts, Corporate Debt, Escrows, Project Finance, and Loan Agency. Responsibilities include driving and expanding CT Sales efforts in the region and initiating growth initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business across existing client, prospect, and intermediary portfolios, originating mandates across Trust products and client segments.
* Develop and execute strategic short‑ and long‑term sales plans and campaigns for growth products.
* Collaborate with Corporate Bank, Investment Bank, and Private Bank to maximise referral opportunities and coordinate key bank relationships.
* Prepare and deliver responses to RFPs and tailored sales pitches.
* Oversee the sales execution process across live pipelines and organize calling plans and strategic initiatives.
* Direct client and prospect engagement in person, representing the bank at industry conferences, seminars, and awards.
Your Skills And Experience
* Track record in product sales and client engagement.
* Relevant product, market development, and corporate strategy experience, preferably in a leading financial institution; experience in securitisation, capital markets, or corporate trust is desirable.
* Knowledge of corporate trust products and core client segments, with a history of positive client engagement.
* Experience responsible for revenue targets and building new, successful relationships.
* Excellent communication skills, able to articulate clearly to an executive audience and present on a variety of topics to senior stakeholders.
* Language skills including German, Spanish, and French are beneficial but not essential.
